- Violence Against Women - “Federal government source for women’s health information” Includes a definition of rape, contact information for where to get help and links to additional information resources.
- Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) – “RAINN: The nation's largest anti-sexual assault organization.” Extensive website with lots of information about rape, rape statistics and rape law.
- Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault (ICASA) - “The Illinois Coalition Against Sexual Assault (ICASA) is a not-for-profit corporation of 33 community-based sexual assault crisis centers working together to end sexual violence.” Has statistical information, and legal information.
- Sexual Victimization of College Women - “A joint report from BJS [Bureau of Justice Statistics] and the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) that explores the prevalence and nature of sexual assault occurring at colleges throughout the nation.”
