This guide is intended to introduce students in English 300Q: Women, Reason and Education in the Enlightenment. to the Literatures and Languages Library, literary research methods and how to use the Library's research resources.

This guide will explain how to find books and journal articles for your research, how to use major research databases such as MLA International Bibliography and ABELL, and provide an overview of the major research resources for eighteenth-century British literature. The guide also features additional other useful tips for general information searches and techniques for managing your research.
