Key Points

Instructors must supply the Library with a copy of the reading or verify that the reading is already accessible online.

E-reserves are processed by Information Processing & Management (IPM) on a first-in, first-out basis.

Submit readings as early as possible, but at least several weeks before the start of the semester if needed for the first day of classes.

Content may be added at any point in the semester, and will be processed as quickly as possible.

Access to most of the electronic resources listed below (except the online catalog) requires an active NetID and Active Directory password.

To request and check out print materials from the University of Illinois Library, you will need an active i-Card with a library ID.
