This guide was created to introduce students in ENGL 300: Legends of Modern Fantasy to the literature research resources at the University Library, literary research methods and how to use the Library's resources. 

This guide will cover how to find books and journal articles for your research, how to use major databases such as MLA International Bibliography and Literature Resource Center, find the major research resources for science fiction and fantasy, and also provides other useful tips for information searching and managing your research.
