Welcome to the library class guide for SOC367: Global Dynamics

After the library orientation session and independent review of this guide, students in Sociology 367 will be able to:

1. Design a database search strategy, combining keywords and subjects to search databases for articles related to the research question.

2. Locate appropriate subject-specific databases and indexes of scholarly articles for their research topic.

3. Locate additional sources of scholarly information related to their research topic, including books, dissertations, and statistics.

4. Use Refworks to create a bibliography of sources for their research paper.
